→ Create indicators and suggest improvement areas for our sites in Europe and Asia.

Prepare for ISO 9001:2026 evolution
→ Analyze new requirements.
→ Identify gaps and build an adaptation plan.

Improve customer performance
→ Consolidate KPIs and launch structured improvement actions.
- igitalization & quality tools: software configuration, action management.
- Standards & strategy: ISO 9001 and its upcoming changes.
- International coordination: France, Czech Republic, India, China.
